About the Intern Program:
OCC is looking for interns who are hungry for the chance to learn more, humble enough to admit they don't know all the answers, and smart enough to recognize the opportunity. The OCC Internship Program provides students with the real-world skills to successfully transition into a career in the financial services industry. As an intern, you will help lead projects that help shape the future of OCC. This person will apply their skill set and knowledge toward tackling designated projects. This is an exciting opportunity to have a true impact on the company by designing and implementing solutions for real challenges facing the business. Here's what we're looking for:
Projects and Responsibilities:

• Engage with OCC Users on how to use enterprise software and provide end user support for tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack.
• Review requests for new plug-ins/features for enterprise tools. Work within the team to evaluate feasibility and complete the work required to implement.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles that will help OCC Users understand product usage and best practice

Candidate Qualifications:

• Someone who is a logical thinker and enjoys solving problems.
• Interest and comfort with educating others on technology usage and able to provide demonstrations on technology solutions.
• Interest in helping to build out new capabilities, governance, process for the team/organization, which can involve ambiguity and iteration on approaches.

What knowledge and skills will the intern gain from this internship?

• Domain level knowledge on the processes that enable technology transformations.
• Hands-on experience with technologies used within technology teams, such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Slack.
• Experience working within an Agile team.
