About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic YouTube and Podcast Advertising & Organic Growth Specialist who excels in both paid and organic growth strategies. This role requires expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across YouTube and podcast platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage organic growth techniques to enhance audience engagement and expand subscriber bases effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, Implement, and Manage Advertising Campaigns: Execute paid advertising campaigns on YouTube and podcast platforms to drive traffic, increase engagement, and grow audience base.
- Analyze and Optimize Ad Performance: Utilize analytics tools to evaluate ad performance, make data-driven decisions, and enhance return on investment (ROI).
- Execute Organic Growth Strategies: Devise and implement strategies for organic growth on YouTube channels and podcasts, focusing on content optimization, SEO, and fostering audience engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and innovative tactics.
- Produce Reports and Insights: Regularly produce reports on campaign performance and growth metrics, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising campaign budgets to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
Requirements
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, particularly in YouTube and podcast advertising and organic growth strategies.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong familiarity with YouTube and podcast advertising platforms and tools.
- SEO and Content Optimization Skills: Experience in SEO and content optimization techniques for video and audio content.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
