We're Looking For A: YouTube Channel Specialist who is responsible for the growth the Brand YouTube channels on the platform, by programming and optimizing all content that goes out to our audiences. Engaging with our YouTube and Social communities, listening and reporting on analytics to suggest content concepts and areas of improvement for our videos. Grow the direct sales on YouTube by creating compelling community content. Become the last line of defense between content creation and our audiences, optimizing every video to its highest potential.
Location: Remote (Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:

• Publish engaging monthly content on all the Brand YouTube channels.
• Analyze data on our Brand YouTube channels and give strategic recommendations for content.
• Provide editors with analytics weekly to improve editing assignments.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices, incorporation them into social media strategies.
• Create sales links for video content, tracking and reporting on the revenue of those links.
• Develop compelling community building strategies for our Brand YouTube channels and create community posts.
• Work with social media team to assist and analyze performance data on Facebook and Instagram, providing feedback to help boost engagement and reach.
• Researching new tactics and means to improve our Brand YouTube presence

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

• Deep understanding of YouTube SEO tactics and how to rank videos in Google/YouTube search.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Ability to constantly learn and adapt within a fast-changing environment.
• Passion for YouTube and an understanding of why content performs well on the platform.
• A firm grasp of the role of metadata, platform algorithms and the effect these two things have on content discovery and monetization.
• Deep understanding of how to build audiences in a digital environment.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• Proficient with Google apps
• Highly organized and able to self-prioritize and manage multiple projects
• 3 years of experience managing YouTube channels, and analyzing analytics, 4+ years preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Well versed in how to engage communities online Adept at Adobe Photoshop - and creating clickable YouTube Thumbnails (preferred)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,200.00 - $73,700.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
