The Role: Drive Mighty Networks’ YouTube Presence to New Heights

As our YouTube Lead, you'll spearhead Mighty Networks' presence on the platform. Your mission? Transform our channel into a content powerhouse that educates, engages, and drives growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a YouTube strategy that consistently achieves over 1,000 views per video
• Create compelling content that resonates with our audience and showcases Mighty Networks' value
• Optimize video SEO, thumbnails, and descriptions to maximize discoverability and engagement
• Analyze metrics rigorously, continuously refining our approach for maximum impact
• Repurpose existing content creatively, finding new angles and formats to reach wider audiences
• Stay ahead of YouTube trends and algorithm changes, constantly adapting our strategy
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align YouTube efforts with broader business goals

The YouTube Expert We're Looking For

• Lives and breathes YouTube, with deep knowledge of the platform's nuances and best practices
• Has a proven track record of growing channels and consistently achieving high view counts
• Possesses strong opinions on what works on YouTube right now and how Mighty Networks can leverage it 
• Excels at following and reproducing successful content templates
• Demonstrates expertise in video SEO, audience retention strategies, and community engagement
• Can quickly identify and incorporate user-generated content
• Stays consistently ahead of YouTube trends and algorithm updates
