Agency Services, a leading marketing and advertising firm, is looking for an experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer specializing in B2B content. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and professional thumbnails tailored to our B2B audience. Your designs will play a crucial role in increasing the visibility and click-through rates of our video content. You will collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that thumbnails accurately reflect the content and resonate with a professional audience.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and professional thumbnails for B2B YouTube videos
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to understand video content and audience demographics
• Use graphic design software to produce high-quality thumbnail designs that meet brand standards
• Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and YouTube best practices to optimize thumbnail performance
• Ensure consistency in style and branding across all thumbnails
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall design approach
• Manage multiple thumbnail projects while adhering to deadlines

• Proven experience as a YouTube Thumbnail Designer or in a similar graphic design role, specifically for B2B content
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and audience expectations
• Portfolio showcasing previous thumbnail designs, especially for B2B videos
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for visual communication
