• Proficiency in product management principles including market analysis product roadmap development feature prioritization and stakeholder management is essential for effectively managing the testing portfolio.
• Understanding of AI methodologies software development lifecycle quality assurance processes and relevant technologies
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams drive collaboration and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition of AIOps solutions communicate product requirements and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand customer needs gather feedback and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of AIOps solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficient project management skills to effectively plan organize and execute initiatives manage resources timelines and budgets to achieve project goals.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Required Technical and Professional Expertise with relevant experience of 8-13 years:
• 8+ years professional experience in product management principles including market analysis product roadmap development feature prioritization and stakeholder management is essential for effectively managing the testing portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in design Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent certification
• In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant design discipline (User Research User-Experience Design Visual Design Interaction Design)
• Understanding of AI methodologies software development lifecycle quality assurance processes and relevant technologies
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams drive collaboration and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition of AIOps solutions communicate product requirements and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to understand customer needs gather feedback and incorporate customer insights into the development and enhancement of AIOps solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
