We are seeking a high-energy individual to support the customer onboarding experience for our high growth Zoom Events and Webinar global business This individual will partner with Zoom customers and enable them to effectively use the Zoom Events platform to accomplish their goals, identify pain points and deliver solutions for unique customer use cases, create, update, and streamline onboarding documentation and processes, as well as identify key usage trends and product requests to share with internal stakeholders. It is critical that this individual works cross-functionally and partners with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering & Communications teams to ensure customers have the best possible experience. The ideal candidate is extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity, and has a strong background in the event industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teach customers how to initially set up their Zoom Events or Zoom Webinar account and guide them through the admin capabilities.
- Review and explain how to Plan, Create, and Host events and webinar s
- Help identify possible pain points for customers and suggest solutions on how their goals can be addressed within the Zoom Platform
- Create and Enhance internal customer onboarding content to streamline customer onboarding experience
- Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a s ubject matter expert
- Work with cross-functional teams and communicate objectives to support organizational goals
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must understand webinar and virtual events business
- Experience using event technology platforms and supporting virtual event and webinar implementations
- 2+ years in customer focused role - post sales support, customer success
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills to create succinct and engaging sales messaging, training material and supporting documents
- Experience leading others with product training, sales best practices, demo and sales guides, and learning and training materials.
- Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills and develop new systems to improve workflow
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
- Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
