We are seeking a talented and self-motivated GTM Enablement Manager - Zoom IQ with specialized experience focused on our cutting-edge solutions centered around conversational intelligence. This individual will drive the internal use of Zoom IQ establishing sales practices that replicate the performance of top-performing sales teams while also enabling the global sales organization to proactively identify and progress Zoom IQ sales opportunities. Zoom IQ is a sales conversational intelligence add-on to our Zoom Platform that turns conversations into insights to improve performance, deliver better customer experiences, and streamline the deal closing process. The primary goal of the role is to internally build a scalable repeatable sales practice leveraging Zoom IQ while also creating and delivering content & strategic messaging to help Zoom sellers create and win more Zoom IQ business.
This role is intended to be strategic as you help define processes and best practices for the use of Zoom IQ in the Zoom sales organization. This individual will drive internal awareness and use of Zoom IQ enhancing seller performance. It will be critical that the GTM Enablement Manager - Zoom IQ & Product Owner Lead partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Leadership, Engineering & Communications teams to capitalize on significant market momentum.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop Zoom IQ internal sales process and best practices for leveraging Zoom IQ in the global Zoom sales organization
• Develop enablement programs to train sellers to identify Zoom IQ sales opportunities and
bring them to closure delivering value for Zoom customers.
• Create & Deliver on-demand training content
• Conduct live in-person and virtual sales training
• Participate & deliver training for new hire boot camps
• Scale Zoom IQ influence through train-the-trainer programs
• Enhance Zoom IQ internal content and effective touch points in the sales cycle
• Foster internal relationships to educate sales teams on the value of Zoom IQ as a strategic part of the business
• Continually educate sellers on product enhancements and operational process to maintain sales knowledge on Zoom IQ
• Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
• Willingness to flex hours to support global sellers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Must have experience around cutting-edge solutions centered around conversational intelligence
• 5+ years of proven Sales Enablement experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
• In-depth knowledge of sales process with strong business acumen
• Experienced in driving change through relationship building and influence
• Excellent communicator
• Strong presentation skills to create succinct and engaging sales messaging, training material and supporting documents
• Experience leading others with product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
• Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems to improve workflow
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
• Fluency in 2 or more languages a plus
• Willing to travel both domestically and abroad
• Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
