Job Description:

LOCATION: This job is fully remote eligible within the United States. Local candidates to Jacksonville, FL will have a hybrid schedule with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days per week.

SUMMARY

Responsible for the analysis, development, modification, installation, testing and maintenance of system automation on IBM z/OS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, modifies, installs and prepares automation routines for z/OS Systems
• Assists NetView customization and usage
• Works with GDPS customization and operation
• Customizes and utilizes IBM SA for z/OS
• Codes NetView PIPEs
• Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs software problems and performs problem resolution
• Monitors systems capacity and performance, plans and executes disaster recovery procedures, and provides Tier 2 technical support
• Performs other duties as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Requires 6 years of experience in systems administration and programming
• Experience with IBM z/OS
• Experience with IBM System Automation (IBM SA / Netview)
• Skill in REXX

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Netview customization (advanced skills with MATs)
• Skill in JCL
• Willingness to actively participate as needed in the evolution from legacy tools to open system tools (e.g. z/OSMF)
• Experience with GDPS customization and operation
• Experience utilizing USS
• Understanding of the z/OS startup process including IEASYMxx and LOADxx members
• Experience coding NetView PIPEs
• Ability to think outside the box and find the solution that best addresses big picture
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike
• Experience with project management
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within Black Knight
• Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units

The target pay for this position typically starts around $116,480.00
