Zscaler SASE SME

Infosys is seeking a Zscaler SASE SME who will Implement and Administer the Zscaler SASE. This candidate will Deploy, Design and Support Zscaler cloud-based Infrastructure across various Data Centers and Disaster Recovery environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Hartford, CT or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Zscaler internet Access, Zscaler private access, CASB, DLP, PRA and browser isolation.
• Security expert with extensive skills across both technical and business aspect of information security.
• Good Know on-prem and public cloud implementation & Operations
• Good Knowledge on Incident management, change management, Risk Management and Problem management.
• Knowledge on security controls and best practice for perimeter security, LAN /WAN Security technologies like firewalls, IPS, endpoint security, web proxies, cloud security and application security.
• Provide Technical Support for issues escalated by Level 1 & L2 Operations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking and WAN.
• Understand the Traffic Flows for both Https (web Traffic) standard and custom application-based traffic and accordingly design solution around it for Firewalling and Proxy services.
• Whitelisting IP space for various Project team to access external vendors access to ensure safe and secure connectivity.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc
• Coordinates activities with other system areas and vendors, and deals with network security systems planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing and servicing.
• Support and manage the business process associated to user management life cycle, access certification, workflows and role-based provisioning.
• Coordinate & engage with Client stake holders for incident response / investigation / break-fix

• Knowledge of Infra Security products: Firewalls (Checkpoint, FortiGate, Palo Alto), VPN (SSL VPN and IPSEC),Cloud platform(Azure & AWS), End point protection, Proofpoint email protection, IPS/IDS and AWS/Azure cloud security.
• Knowledge of IDAM Security products: Okta, Entra ID , Auth0 , SSO , MFA etc
• Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps , APIs and programmatic interfaces for security
• Knowledge on data leakage protection systems, patching, encryption and pen testing.
• Zscaler Certified cloud professional (ZCCP)
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Engineer (ZCCE)
• Cisco, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewall Certifications
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Security tools like CASB, DLP, IDAM solutions, SIEM solution, Cloud platforms, VA/Patch Management and BCP/DR management.
• Knowledge on ITIL V3, ISO27001 and familiar with PCI DSS
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
