Zuora Business Analyst

What you can expect

As a Zuora Business Analyst, you will design critical processes for the subscription-based billing system. This person will partner with teams including e-commerce, Salesforce, Oracle, Data engineering, etc to architect solutions. In addition, the person will closely work with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to design and build solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of SaaS/Subscription business models, good communication skills, analytical skills and knowledge about PL/SQL.

About the Team

We're problem-solvers, working at a fast pace to design solutions with our customers and users in mind. Here, you'll work across teams to deliver solutions to refine the SaaS selling model for Zoom products, managing the sales lifecycle from Quote to Cash. You would be developing and enhancing the way the entire ecosystem communicates and caters to increasing the overall MRR.

What we're looking for

• Have 7 - 10 years of experience in Saas/ Subscription business models and designing solutions for the same.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Zuora platform or equivalent products.
• Possess the capability to compose both basic and sophisticated SQL queries for extracting data, facilitating analysis and verification processes.
• Translate business requirements to technical user stories for the development team.
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies and streamline business systems to tackle complex challenges effectively.
• Possess a proven track record of documenting, analyzing, and enhancing business workflows to improve both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Be receptive to operating within a closed-stack system developed on the Zuora Platform, facilitating the management of customer subscription and billing journeys for SaaS products.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of any RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, or MS SQL Server is required. Additionally, proficiency in Liquid scripting is considered an advantage.
