Realtys commercial charging hub projects from initial preapplication stage through permit approval You will support site due diligence research and interpret zoning and development ordinances prepare documentation for required permits and meet with city staff and officials The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills and has relevant handson experience permitting gridoptimized area<span><p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities<b> <p><ul><li>Oversee and manage permitting efforts and approval processes for multiple commercial EV charging hub projects across various stages of development<li> <li>Obtain all necessary permittingzoning approvals from local state and federal agencies where applicable<li> <li>Manage and prepare permit application packages that meet the requirements of local governments and jurisdictions governing agencies or any other relevant entitiesstakeholders<li> <li>Maintain relationships with municipalities and manage all aspects of complying with conditions of approval from municipalities for installation operation and maintenance of EV charging hub projects<li> <li>Serve as subject matter expert on matters related to local municipal codes and to effectively communicate status of projects<li> <li>Inform other internal functional groups about requirements and regulations of government entities and municipalities to assist with compliance with general conditions of approvals at permit and construction stages of the project and to meet project timelines<li> <li>Work crossdepartmentally to maintain clear communication and
