The MFA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time opportunity at the GW Rhode Island Ave, DC location. The Nurse Practitioner will perform clinical patient care services, including evaluation, problem identification, history and physical examination, writing prescriptions, ordering and interpreting tests, monitoring patient status, documenting findings, recommending therapeutic interventions, interacting with consultants, providing patient education and counseling, and supervising NP, PA, health science, and medical students. The Nurse Practitioner will also perform procedures for which they are credentialed and participate in daily team rounding, M&M sessions, and department conferences/teaching opportunities.
