Technical knowledge required includes progressive die handling, press operation up to 1,000 tons, die repair and adjustment, SMED techniques, GD&T tolerance interpretation, welding (TIG, MIG), fixture and accessory design, CNC equipment programming, die and press mounting and release, 3D design software management, die protection system knowledge (Wintriss, Omnilink), Lean Manufacturing understanding (desirable), fluency in English, and MS Office tools proficiency. Skills required include excellent written and verbal communication, project management, knowledge replication and training, teamwork, high problem-solving and creativity capacity, results orientation, digital mindset, integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and high data analysis skills.
