The call is flexible, roughly 1/5, with each doc taking their own practice call. The EMR is Altera Paragon and Athena, integrated system. The compensation includes a base salary with a 3-year guarantee, quarterly bonuses, full benefits, sign-on and relocation, 20 days of PTO, and $5k reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and certifications.
