campaigns and identify effective engagement opportunities<li> <li>Define relevant metrics and regularly compile and present data for reporting<li> <li>Stay uptodate on the latest best practices and emerging trends in digital and social media<li> <ul><p><br ><p> <p><strong>Required Experience Knowledge Skills and Abilities<strong><p> <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience including handson experience with SEO social mobile display web email and database marketing efforts as well as technology platforms such as WordPress for content distribution and Hootsuite or other social media management tools<li> <li>Minimum 3 years of direct web and social media experience including work for political campaigns issue advocacy groups or in relevant marketing roles<li> <li>Preferred experience in digital engagement and advocacybased listbuilding<li> <li>Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges to wideranging audiences in a digestible and engaging manner<li> <li>Preferred experience using analytics to inform decisionmaking<li> <li>Graphic design website development andor video editing skills are a plus<li> <li>Ability to deliver creative content text image and video<li> <li>Proven track record for being a selfstarter and working independently and<li> <li>Demonstrates an interest and
