They will deliver comprehensive care to inpatient GU patients, including clinical trial phase 1 patients, and participate in patient education and clinical support programs. The ideal candidate should be a good decision-maker, effective communicator, adaptable, and comfortable with diverse groups of people. Qualifications include a current New York State (NYS) RN and NP licenses/registrations, Master’s degree in nursing, prescriptive privileges, and at least 2+ years of clinical RN with inpatient medical oncology experience for NP candidates. For PA candidates, a graduate from an accredited PA program, NCCPA certification, and an active NYS license or qualification for state licensure are required.
