<p> <p><b>THE ROLE <b> <p> <p>The Director Product Management TM Core will partner globally across the company to drive client and internal business value through modernizing our order processing TM Core products are at the center of Ticketmasters global operations powering ticketing sales and event entry across the globe This position will drive a servicelayer product strategy serving as the primary lead for scoping capabilities assessing feature priorities relative to our target position inmarket and partnering with peers in product design and engineering to conceptualize plan and define future product solutions <p> <p>As a part of the product leadership team that is modernizing how we configure manage target and sell nonticket addons to our ticket purchase flows this role sits at the critical intersection of strategy and execution In the nearterm one primary focus area for this leader will be to proactively drive crossdivision and crosscompany requirements to support nonticket inventory management and to develop order consolidation services across multiple inventory management products The creation and execution of this strategy will help enable Ticketmasters enterprise operations and sales to continue to lead the industry <p> <p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES<b> <p> <ul><li>Lead a team of 23 product managers responsible for defining and driving the product vision amp strategy for multiple ticketing domains and for the modernization initiative for orchestration of orders that include ticket addons<li> <li>Partner with other product and design leaders on market and user research and to deconflict roadmap dependencies<li> <li>Create buyin for strategies and roadmaps to deliver features and to deprecate existing components<li> <li>Bring strategies to life through requirements and actionable roadmaps that align business product and organizational goals<li> <li>Work with engineering to deliver against goals scope and prioritize activities based on business impact<li> <li>Gain a deep understanding of internal amp industry products identify amp fill product gaps and generate new ideas that support the effectiveness of our growing product management community mentor other Product Managers<li> <li>Develop timelines prioritize tasks plan resources identify risks and contingency plans<li> <li>Utilize trends and knowledge of the competitive landscape
