The work is split 50/50 between OB and GYN. Each physician has a nurse or MA and full ancillary staff. The hospital offers surgical robotics, a level 2 nursery, and 2 infant ventilators. The call is flexible, roughly 1/5, with each doc taking their own practice call. The EMR is Altera Paragon and Athena, integrated system. The compensation includes a base salary with a 3-year guarantee, quarterly bonuses, full benefits, sign-on and relocation, 20 days of PTO, and $5k reimbursed per year for CME, DEA, and certifications.
