<p><strong>QualificationsRequirements<strong> Bachelors Degree in Communications Journalism PR English or related field Advanced degree preferred Certification as a Change Management Practitioner CCMP Prosci or other ACMPaccredited organization would be a nice bonus but not required 10+ years of experience in communications ideally at least half of that in a corporate setting Ability to communicate and connect with all levels of employees from C level to hourly Experience leading teams or coaching others would be nice Exceptional writing skills for a wide variety of purposes and audiences Loves writing has a passion for words and understands how tone and language selection can impact an audience Experience leading complex multidimensional projects Able to take on a project leadership role
