MetLife Investment Management (MIM) is seeking a Real Estate Investments Associate for their Los Angeles Regional Office. The role involves supporting the Asset Management team in managing a diverse set of clients' real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and development properties. Key responsibilities include establishing and executing asset investment strategies, financial forecasts, budgets, valuation analysis, management, and leasing efforts. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate valuation and discounted cash flow analysis, with a strong understanding of Excel and Argus Enterprise.
