The Registered Nurse Clinical Educator II (RNCE) will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate clinical opportunities and strategies for improving diabetic patient care and staff education. The RNCE will act as a liaison with all multi-disciplinary departments and services concerning diabetes education. The RNCE will develop and provide diabetes education for patients and their families on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
