Proficiency in English, computer use, Excel, and Oracle is essential, with Power BI and SPC basic knowledge being desirable. Familiarity with measurement instruments, mule and forklift operation, and basic safety knowledge is also required. Basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9000, TS16949) is preferable. Intermediate proficiency in 5's, SW, VSM, TVSM tools and advanced proficiency in BPS tool are required. Leadership in quality and results-oriented approach are key soft skills.
