<strong>Licensing Specialist <strong>youll play an important role in supporting our client the developer of a popular racing game franchise Your main responsibility will be to work with various stakeholders to handle inbound third party IP licensing agreements Alongside that youll also be responsible for managing accounts on a day to day basis ensuring communication and coordination between the following skills<p> <p><strong>Leadership <strong><p> <p>● Provide support to the Licensing Lead in negotiating and executing inbound thirdparty IP agreements<p> <p>● Assist in managing and prioritizing the workflow of inbound licensing agreements within the team<p> <p>● Examine and process license applications making that all necessary paperwork is included and requirements are satisfied<p> <p>● Verify credentials and conduct background checks to make sure interested parties fulfill all legal and regulatory requirements<p> <p>● Ensure adherence to national state and local laws by creating and implementing policies and processes for licensing<p> <p><strong>Analytics <strong><p> <p>● Track and manage a high volume of inbound licensing agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting<p> <p>● Analyze licensing agreement performance metrics to identify trends and insights for optimizing future negotiations<p> <p>● Examine grievances and carry out audits to make sure license holders follow the terms and conditions of their licenses<p> <p><strong>Communication <strong><p> <p>● Effectively communicate with content partners to negotiate terms and finalize agreements in a timely manner<p> <p>● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual terms and reporting requirements<p> <p>● In order to obtain services connected to the licensing process negotiate and oversee contracts with outside providers<p> <p><strong>Business <strong><p> <p>● Support the Licensing Lead in expanding the IP licensing portfolio and identifying new partnership opportunities<p> <p>● Maintain partner relationships with content partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction<p> <p><strong>Youd be a great fit for this role if you have
