deposits to ensure we follow FKH policies and procedures Conduct a Resident Journey move in touch point Oversight of Midlease touch points to ensure a successful renewal experience<li> <li>Perform all additional functions regarding the movein per Yardi and accounting guidelines<li> <li>Manage resolution for all HOA City and Municipal Violations<li> <li>Manage the renewal process in conjunction with ensure the new movein and renewal paperwork needed for all Section 8 or housingassisted residents meet state and local guidelines<li> <li>Manage collections process in respective territory<li>
