drives value and maximizes their service levels <p> <p>Strategic Sourcing Responsibilities <p> <ul><li>Assess and translate stakeholder needs and objectives into sourcing category plans Comfortable operating at the strategic level identifying opportunities to demonstrate and deliver value<li> <li>In this role one of your primary partners will be the head of supply chain Strategy Analytics and Logistics Management Together you will develop execute and manage highly effective collaborative sourcing strategies to accelerate impactful business partnerships<li> <li>Access analyze and present relevant market intelligence to inform supply chain strategy complement category plans and frame sourcing project opportunities per channel category country region carrier 3PL<li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks working closely with strategic suppliers to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies<li> <li>Define an ongoing multiyear roadmap based on the defined opportunities together with the global head of transportation and the other members from the supply chain team<li> <li>Develop and execute robust sourcing and negotiation strategies to optimize the sustainability initiatives within the Logistics and Transportation categories promoting environmentally responsible practices and driving initiatives to reduce carbon footprint across the supply chain<li> <ul><p>Spend management amp Supplier relationship management <p> <ul><li>Strategically manage supplier relationships together with the business teams and the global head of transportation to optimize financial amp operational performance<li> <li>Identify and qualify potential new partners to ensure bestinclass cost service delivery operational excellence and service levels<li> <li>Establish key performance indicators KPIs and performance metrics to assess supplier performance drive accountability and identify areas for improvement<li> <li>Define opportunities to reduce spend while improving service delivery<li> <li>Coconduct carrier engagements such as negotiations and periodic business reviews QBR with our strategic partners<li> <li>Manage bid proposals RFIRFP <p> <ul><li>A leader and selfstarter with demonstrated ability to achieve results<li> <li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast paced environment<li> <li>Greater than 10 years of relevant and progressive procurement and category management experience within supply chain<li> <li>Deep understanding of logistics and transportation industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements<li> <li>Strong negotiation skills<li> <li>Fluent in relevant contract terms and current supply and market dynamics<li> <li>Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills<li> <li>Excellent
