Project Management/Assistance: Support the team with project-related tasks, including tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with project reporting. Documentation Support: Help with the management of technical documentation, ensuring they are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible. Finance Team Support: Gather financial data, update the financial model, perform basic accounting, provide analysis including building visualizations (graphing, charting) and Powerpoint presentations. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating team events, including team-building activities, training sessions, and company outings. Investor and Customer Communication: Assist in drafting and sending customer communication emails, investor letters, board presentations, newsletters, surveys, and feedback forms. Administrative Support: Handle tasks for the C-Suite, customer success, development, and sales teams, such as travel arrangements and team event organization.
