payment can be received<li> <li>Manage the Concession Request Process to ensure compliance and accuracies for efficient posting<li> <li>Accept notice to vacate NTV statements from residents and process the notice in Yardi in conjunction with company guidelines Ensure premove out inspection is scheduled within 14days of notice intake<li> <li>Manage MoveOut Deposit Accounting Process to ensure compliance with timelines for local state requirements<li> <li>Manage Leasing Team to ensure monthly goals are met in respective territory<li> <li>Manage Move in process for all new residents in respective territory<li> <li>Attend court as the Company representative when needed<li> <li>Maintain an active real estate license and adhere to company real estate license requirements<li> <li>Manage
