The Physician, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, provides primary healthcare services for Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc. (CHC). The Physician also shares on-call duties, adheres to medical ethics, assures quality of care, and participates in committees as requested. Qualifications include a Medical Doctor Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited medical school, completion of a residency training program, and board certification or eligibility in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics. Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is desirable.
