The team consists of two physicians and two APC providers, and they offer flexible schedules with 12 shifts per month, typically 12 hours, but open to 8- or 10-hour shifts. Providers work 3 or 4 days consecutively and must be flexible for day vs night coverage. The team ensures even rotation of weekends and holidays, and providers can pick up additional shifts for moonlighting. Call is taken by physicians only.
