Your role and responsibilities
Your Role and Responsibilities: We provide end-to-end support consulting services in the accounting area for client CFOs and accounting and finance departments including creating a roadmap to realize an accounting DX that contributes to data-driven management making accounting and finance operations (Lead to Cash / Source to Pay / Record to Analyze) intelligent by utilizing advanced technologies such as AI and providing ERP system implementation and BPO services We also provide end-to-end support consulting services in the accounting area such as ERP system implementation and BPO services.
Your primary responsibilities include: ・Identification of projects and proposal preparation.・Leadership as a Project Manager (PM).・Conducting detailed BPO research.・Business design transfer and stabilization concurrent with system transformation.・Study and proposal development for automation and BPO operation improvement using cutting-edge technologies such as RPA.

Required technical and professional expertise
・Experience in proposing and leading projects for business process reform at a consulting firm or SI.・ Experience in leading detailed business surveys new business design business transfers and business operations at a BPO vendor.・ Experience in leading projects for business efficiency improvement and outsourcing in accounting and finance departments of business corporations.・ Logical thinking promotion communication documentation and Japanese language skills.
