Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

承接公司战略，负责所在区域手机产品整体销售达成和零售竞争力建设；

1、制定销售策略和计划，带领团队和合作伙伴达成销售目标；

2、结合竞争态势和自身能力，制定零售体系规划建设策略并能开拓重点合作伙伴；

3、分析客户需求和竞争态势，制定和实施有效的市场推广策略和促销计划；

4、通过有效培训和沟通，提升内外部团队手机零售能力；

5、管理驻店员团队，包括招聘，培训，考核，激励和团队建设，提高销售能力和业绩。

任职资格：

1、具备手机行业相关工作经验；

2、较强的理解能力、表达能力、合作谈判能力，有较强的抗压能力；
