Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 根据项目要求，负责需求调研和需求设计工作，提供对应的解决方案。
2. 配合开发人员沟通分析需求的可行性、合理性, 参与需求汇报与评审。
3. 参与系统功能验收工作及用户手册、新增需求功能培训资料的编写。
4. 配合测试人员编写测试计划、测试用例和测试报告、系统用户手册编写。

职位要求

1. 具有一定IT技术背景，有财务信息系统分析、设计或实施经验，有应收、应付、总账、费控板块系统建设经验者优先。
2. 具备良好的PPT制作能力和文档编写能力。
3. 具备良好的产品原型设计能力和需求分析能力，能够将用户需求合理转化为项目需求。
4. 良好的业务沟通、逻辑思维和表达能力，可以清晰的给内外部人员传达项目的功能要求。
