Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung eigenenständiger Initiativen und Projekte (mit eigenem Budget), die zum Ziel haben mehr Leads zu generieren (alle nötigen Tools stellen wir dir zur VerfĂĽgung wie HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Bot, Loom, Google Ads).
  • Lead Generierung auch durch Kaltakquise und Coldcalling.
  • Entwicklung und Verwaltung einer Datenbank von Interessenten, einschlieĂźlich Kontaktdaten und relevanten Anmerkungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Head of Sales
Qualifikation
  • Eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeit
  • Selbstmotivation, mit der Fähigkeit, unabhängig und in einem Teamumfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Kommunikation und Beharrlichkeit sind deine groĂźen Stärken. Du hast ein Can-Do Mindset, liebst Herausforderungen und sprichst flieĂźend Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Mit Tools wie Hubspot, Mailchimp, Slack, Notion, etc. hast du schon Vorerfahrung oder kannst dich schnell einarbeiten
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder schon in dem Beruf selbst gesammelt.
  • Du zeigst Belastbarkeit, Initiativbereitschaft, Flexibilität & gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Aktuell eingeschrieben in oder kĂĽrzlich Absolvent eines Studiengangs in Marketing, Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, etc. ist ein Plus, aber kein muss.
