Job Description

We are seeking a 1C Platform Senior Software Engineer to join our Internal Development team. In this role, you will focus on automating the company’s internal processes, primarily in finance but extending to other areas as well.

We expect the 1С Senior Software Engineer to:

• Collaborate in analyzing requirements, including estimating work scope and timelines,
• Design and develop new solutions to automate internal processes using the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform,
• Optimize and enhance the efficiency of current automated processes,
• Maintain and support existing 1C software products, ensuring seamless integration across systems,
• Provide user support and training to both current and new employees,
• Integrate 1C systems with other company information systems, including BI tools.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

• A higher education degree in a technical/mathematical field or economics with a focus on information technology,
• 5+ years of experience working with the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform,
• Proficiency in working with extensions, configurations, web services, and document management,
• Experience in updating modified 1C configurations,
• Knowledge of collaborative development methods for configurations and extensions (repository),
• Familiarity with recommended 1C development practices and code formatting methodologies,
• Understanding of one or more standard 1C configurations, such as 1C:BIT.Finance, 1C:BP, or 1C:ZUP,
• A strong willingness to understand company processes, work collaboratively within a team, and prioritize user experience,
• Flexibility to switch between tasks and effectively prioritize workload.
  

Nice to have skills:

• Proficiency in English,
• Experience with tools such as 1C:BIT.Finance, Jira, and T-SQL,
• Familiarity with administering MS SQL Server for 1C-related tasks,
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial standards, such as RAS, GAAP, and IFRS,
• Experience with Qlik Sense BI,
• Expertise in areas like accounting, management accounting, budgeting, and project analysis,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and focus on achieving results over merely completing processes.
