Summary You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Operations Directorate (N3) of CDR STRIKE FORCE TRNG ATLANTIC. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing schedules, planning events, schemes of maneuvers and replenishment at sea plans to meet individual training requirement; Coordinating ship schedules, attending and planning conferences with groups to meet training exercise needs and requirements; Applying current and emerging warfare tactics to develop complex training events or for military exercises; AND Tracking, modifying, publishing changes to training and updating scheduling events.
