Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Superintendent, Senate Office Buildings.  The incumbent is a Journeyman and installs, maintains, evaluates and adjusts, repairs and calibrates electronic control equipment and systems in support of smart building controls and commercial refrigeration and Cooking equipment repair in the Senate Office Buildings.  Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to perform journeyman level work in Direct Digital Controls/BAS Systems (ex: lighting controls, electrical controls, kitchen equipment controls, fire alarm, audio visual, mechanical controls ) and refrigeration.
