Your Role as a HVAC Lead Installer We're seeking a skilled and self-driven HVAC Lead Installer who is a team player with excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling different weather climates with ease. What We’re Looking For • Proven Experience: 2 years as a Service Technician and 2 years leading installation jobs. • Certifications: High School Diploma and EPA-608 Universal certification. • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work from heights, and tolerate routine discomfort from exposure to moderate levels of heat, cold, moisture, and air pollution. • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with Operations Managers, customers, and Monarch staff. • Customer Focus: Desire to exceed customer expectations with excellent customer service skills. • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required. • Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Responsibilities • Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment. • Leadership: Lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines. • Project Management: Interpret and communicate project specifications to teams and contractors. • Safety Enforcement: Ensure safety regulations are followed at all job sites. • Customer Service: Serve customers by installing heating and air conditioning systems efficiently. • Design and Fabrication: Design, fabricate ducts and duct fittings, and complete paperwork for customers.
