Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation. • Provide physical education activities that promote health and wellness among students. • Manage classroom behavior effectively, using behavior management techniques to guide student interactions. • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress in literacy education and early intervention strategies. • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and any concerns. • Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. • Ensure the safety and welfare of all students in the classroom setting. • Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides as needed.
