Summary This position is located at the Unaccompanied Housing operation at NAS Lemoore. The purpose of this position is to perform facilities maintenance work involving two or more of the skilled trades. Incumbent performs intermediate level tasks and works more independently as training and experience increase. Must have ability to perform moderately strenuous physical labor as unassisted lifting, moving and carrying of supplies and equipment weighing up to 45 lbs (100 lbs assisted) Qualifications Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. A qualified candidate must possess: Minimum 2 years of experience with demonstrated skill in two areas (Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting). Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations concerning procedures, tools, mechanical and electrified equipment, commonly used chemicals and basic safe work practices is required. Must possess a welcoming manner and positive attitude and demonstrate effective communication skills. Provide assistance in handling customer complaints, involving management as necessary.
