BANNER HEALTH, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the countrys premier, non-profit health care networks is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our well-established Primary Care Team at our Westlake Health Center in Greeley, Colorado!

If you are looking for an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with the ability to focus on clinical and patient excellence, then look no further! Practice Details:

• Outpatient Primary Care clinic
• Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
• Average patient volume: 18-20/day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Health offers a generous salary and recruitment incentives, along with an industry leading benefits package that provides security for you and your family including:

• Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives
• $60k sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
• $18,000 resident stipend
• Paid CME
• Paid malpractice

• This location is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
