Banner Health, in Northern Colorado, has an excellent opportunity for a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty practice, recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level-3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, NCQAs highest certification.

Practice details:

• 4-day work week and limited practice call (phone consult only)
• Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
• Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons in west Greeley (with an incredible panoramic view of the Rockies!). Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET, and more on-site

Requirements include:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Must be comfortable supervising APP staff
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Healths total compensation package includes:

• Salary Range: $245,000 - $275,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
• $100K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
• $100K loan Repayment + PSLF
• $18,000 resident stipend
• Paid CME days
• Fully paid malpractice insurance
