Practicing physicians and new grads, as well as visa candidates, are welcome to apply.Direct flights to multiple locations, including Seattle, Denver and SLC.  Five lakes, three golf courses, and a ski resort all within minutes of town.  Not-for-profit hospital with level III trauma center and qualified for PSLF.  Very light call schedule and 8 weeks of paid vacation.  Group currently consists of 10 MD's and 4 CRNA's.  Generous sign on bonus and $480,000 earnings potential .
