Summary This position is located at the Physical Fitness Facilities. The facility shift hours will be between 0430 and 2030 Monday through Friday and 0730-1830 on weekends and various holidays, weekend hours will vary when there is a special event . Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Duties Issues tools, equipment and games to authorized customers. Checks identification, collects fees when appropriate, and completes appropriate documentation. Receives returned items, inspecting for obvious damage and missing parts. Checks inventories and supplies. Provides facility and program information to patrons. Requirements Conditions of employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one-year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first thirty (30) days of employment. Must be available to work rotating shifts, Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Lifting up to 40lbs, bending, kneeling, stooping and moving exercise equipment. Qualifications Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: No experience required. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": -Possess at least three (3) months work experience OR -Possess three (3) months volunteer experience providing customer service. **Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and at least one of the best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first.
