Summary You will serve as a Mission Support Specialist of RLSO MIDWEST GREAT LAKES. Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector equipping you with knowledge of administrative office practices and procedures related to the following: legal procedures, correspondence, maintaining records, files, mail and/or reports, utilizing databases, and customer service. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Responding to routine and highly technical requests for information; 2) Utilizing various databases to store, maintain, and track case files; 3) Preparing documents, filings, and case correspondence; 4) Researching, evaluating, and coordinating information to identify all relevant facts in a particular file; 5) Managing case filings and status updates for client files. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
