Summary This position is located in the Human Capital Division, Human Resource Office, Denver. The position has responsibility and oversight for the effective management of the Employee and Labor Relations (E/LR) program for an industrial operation employing employees in a wide variety of occupations including professional, administrative, technical, clerical and trades and crafts. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Providing advice, guidance, and assistance to senior level management officials regarding a wide variety of matters related to Employee and Labor Relations matters affecting employees in a manufacturing and production or similar environment. Specialized experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Researching applicable laws and policies regarding Employee and Labor Relations matters affecting employees in a manufacturing and production or similar environment.
