Locums Geriatric Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Locums Physician specializing in Geriatrics, Family Medicine, or General Internal Medicine to join our team in Berlin, VT. While experience in geriatrics is preferred, it is not required. The position is available to start as soon as credentialing is complete, with an initial duration of three months and the potential for extension.The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There are also flexible options available, allowing shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality care to patients in a nursing home setting. This will involve performing necessary duties such as admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, and 30-day evaluations.The patient load will consist of managing 8-12 patients per day.Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, General Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. BLS certification. Proficiency with PointClickCare and EPIC EMR systems. Berlin is a town located in Washington County, Vermont, USA.
