565 | Senior Python engineer (2 months project)

We are working on a healthcare product — we developed from scratch a multilayer, web-based platform, built on the basis of microservice architecture which supports numerous integrations with external web services and third-party applications.

Python Proficiency

• Strong understanding of Python programming, including advanced features and libraries.
• Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio) for handling concurrent requests.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs for serving models (using frameworks like Flask or FastAPI).

Performance Optimization

• Skills in optimizing model inference speed and resource usage to handle high loads effectively.
• Experience with techniques like batch processing, quantization, or using GPU acceleration (CUDA).

Data Handling and Preprocessing

• Proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for preprocessing audio data.
• Understanding of data pipelines for efficient loading and processing of large datasets.

Concurrency and Parallelism

• Knowledge of concurrency models to efficiently manage multiple requests (e.g., using threading, multiprocessing).
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for handling high volumes of data.
