Summary This position is located at Taco Bell Spangdahlem AB, Germany. This is a Regular Part Time position working from Monday - Sunday, days and nights, weekends and holidays, as scheduled. Military Spouse Preference is lost if selected for this position. Duties The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of manual tasks in food preparation and food service areas. The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for all cash handling, safety, and security procedures Receives, verifies and checks quantity of food/ supply items and informs management when an order needs to be placed Prepares accounting and management reports. Opens and closes the facility in accordance with established policies and regulations Performs other related duties as assigned. This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a physical examination. This position requires the incumbent to perform shift work for days, nights, weekends and holidays. Qualifying Experience: - Must have experience in food preparation. - Must be able to follow simple oral and written instruction, capable of using simple tools such as tongs, scissors, knives, mops and brooms. - Must have knowledge in food inventory procedures, internal food control and general safety/security procedures. - Must have clerical experience in preparing, maintaining, processing, and accounting of all management reports. - Experience in fast food management or a related food service operation is highly desirable. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify. Additional information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration. All Federal NAF employees are required by PL 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit. Probationary period may be required.
