This ED is a level IV trauma center that provides great ancillary services and back-up for this 10-bed ED. There is an annual volume of 15,000 and a 10% admittance rate. The nursing staff is experienced and well-trained in emergency medicine. The EMR used at this site is Cerner with Dragon for dictation and the facility offers 10-12 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage per day.
